- Preheat oven to 425 °F
- Drain and rinse chickpeas and dry with a clean kitchen towel
- Spread chickpeas out on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season generously with Yep! Shake Greek Seasoning
- Roast for 20 minutes until crispy
- Slice cucumber + avocado and sprinkle with more Greek seasoning
- Toast bread and top with roasted chickpeas, avocado, and cucumber
- Garnish with fresh dill and enjoy!
