Yep! Greek Roasted Potatoes

Turn everyday potatoes into a new dinner staple with a few simple ingredients: fresh lemon, parsley, garlic and Yep! Shake Greek. Even your kids will ask for seconds.

Serves 6-8


  • 2 LB small potatoes, cut into small pieces (we love Yukon or mixed colorful white & purple potatoes)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 TBSP Yep! Shake Greek Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp fresh parsley


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cut potatoes into small 1 inch pieces – the more consistent the size, the more consistent the cooking will be!
  • Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and Yep! Shake Greek seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Spread potatoes into an even layer across baking sheet.
  • Roast in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Toss and flip potatoes and bake another 15 minutes or so until nearly tender.
  • Remove from oven and re-toss potatoes with lemon juice and garlic.
  • Roast another 5-10 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley for color and added flavor.
