Yep! Southwestern Avocado Toast Recipe

We are excited to team up with Marley from Marley's Menu to bring you another Avocado Toast recipe. This one is hearty and spicy- the best way to kick-start your metabolism and put a little pep in your step!

INGREDIENTS:


HOW TO MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN:

- Use a fork to mash 1/2 an avocado and season it with 1/2 teaspoon of Yep! Shake Southwestern Seasoning.

- Place black beans, corn, and red onions into a small pan over medium heat with olive oil and coat with remaining Southwestern Seasoning.

  Cook for about 5 minutes to warm and reduce any excess liquid. 

- Toast your bread and spread seasoned avocado on top. Pour bean, corn, and onion mixture on top and add Yep! Habanero Hot Sauce to taste!
